The Return Process
Reach out to our team before sending anything back. Let us know your order details and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with everything you need to know.
Return the item in its original condition and original packaging. Please ensure it is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit. Items must be unworn and unaltered.
Post the item back to us using a trackable postage method. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping your postage receipt.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or dispatch your replacement promptly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. We're unable to process returns outside this window.
Original postage and return postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service when returning items.
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging. Items not meeting this condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Upon approval, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement item dispatched to you.
