Vellaire™ reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, complete or current.

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
• All stones are lab-created unless otherwise stated

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
• We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout
• Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order

Once an order is placed, it enters our dispatch system promptly. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or amend an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

• If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued promptly
• Cancellation requests made after dispatch will be treated as a return

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

• International delivery: 10–15 business days (may take up to 45 days)
• Delivery delays caused by postal services or customs are beyond our control
• We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided at checkout
• Postage costs are non-refundable

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unaltered and in original packaging
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original postage costs are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions

All Vellaire™ jewellery is crafted with care and is designed to last. However, as with all jewellery, proper care is essential to maintain its appearance. We do not offer a warranty against normal wear and tear, tarnishing due to improper care, or damage caused by misuse.

• Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing or exercising
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals
• Store in the provided velvet pouch when not in use
• Tarnishing due to improper care is not covered under our return policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during your purchase is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and providing customer support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellaire™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control
• We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from the misuse of our products
• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
